Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Clarify leadership and team objectives, priorities and business impact
• Strengthen individual and team effectiveness, judgment and decision-making
• Support leaders and teams through transition, change and increased responsibility
• Address behaviours and dynamics affecting performance, influence and relationships
• Build resilience, self-awareness and adaptive leadership
• Align leadership and team effectiveness with organisational priorities and expectations
• Provide confidential reflection, support, challenge and accountability

The precise scope, objectives, and duration will be agreed in advance for each engagement.

Format and Duration

Individual coaching: 

Following an initial chemistry meeting, coaching is delivered through confidential one-to-one sessions, conducted in person or virtually. Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes in duration, and occur every 3-4 weeks.

Team coaching: 

Engagements are commonly structured over a defined period aligned to the Clients objectives.

Sponsor alignment and between-session support may be included.

Confidentiality and Feedback

All coaching conversations are strictly confidential between the Coach and the Coachee.

Any feedback on an organisational level will be on a thematic basis only, unless otherwise agreed with the coachee. This is intended to preserve the integrity of the coaching relationship while enabling appropriate sponsor oversight.

Fees and Invoicing

Fees are agreed in advance for each engagement. Engagements are typically structured over a defined period and priced on a fixed-fee basis, reflecting the agreed scope of work and the seniority of the individual receiving the coaching.

Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed commercial terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement on reasonable notice, subject to completion or payment of any agreed sessions delivered or scheduled.
