Alice Black, founder of AB Leadership, is an award-winning entrepreneur and leadership coach with more than a decade of experience fostering growth, innovation and culture transformation across the corporate and creative sectors.

Alice partners with senior leaders and organisations operating at the highest levels of complexity and pressure to expand their leadership range, strengthen individual performance and enhance collective capability. Her work spans private equity, financial markets, global enterprises, professional services and the creative industries.

Trained as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell, Alice is accredited by the Association for Coaching and holds the EMCC European Quality Award. She is committed to the highest professional and ethical standards and adheres to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

Alongside her coaching practice, Alice is Co-Founder of ALICE BLACK, a contemporary art gallery recognised for its progressive, future-focused vision, and Co-Founder of Black+Cheneviere, a next-generation art consultancy. Alice sits on the Development Committee of Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), mentors emerging talent at the Sarabande Foundation, established by Alexander McQueen, and lectures at Goldsmiths, Christie’s and Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

In 2020, Alice was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list for Art & Culture, recognising her contribution to the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship and culture.
